More than 30.000 pieces for the biggest online chocolate so far!
This Christmas, Greeces historic chocolate brand, Pavlides Bitter is supporting families facing financial problems in austerity-bitten Greece, in collaboration with the non-governmental organization "Praxis", by giving away chocolates with a little help from online users.
Pavlides will give away chocolates of equal quantity to the length of the biggest virtual chocolate created by Greek Internet users, through the endless scrolling website at: http://www.biggestchocolate.gr
Users can add their own virtual chocolate piece, engraved with their own first name, as it appears on their Facebook profile. They can then share their piece on their wall, for all their friends to see and gather more support.
The people’s response to this simple, but substantial campaign has been overwhelming. In the first 2 weeks, the chocolate bar grew bigger than 30.000 pieces, equal to the quantity of 3.300 real chocolates that will be given away to families supported by NGO PRAKSIS.
The campaign, created by OgilvyOne Athens, will continue until Christmas and has already boosted Pavlides Facebook fans by 165%!
